Terms and Conditions for Ticket Purchasing by Subscription Payment Plan 
 
1.    Tickets for Folk in a Field Festival 2025 can be bought using a Subscription based Payment Plan that allows eligible customers to pay for tickets over 3 payments (each an “Instalment”). The Payment Plan is available to any customer buying a ticket online between [01/07/24] and [01/03/25] (the “Eligibility Period”), subject to ticket availability.
 
2.    The full price of your purchase of a Full Weekend Ticket (being £165 per ticket plus a per ticket booking fee of £10. Once your final payment has been made your ticket will be sent to your email address 3 weeks before the festival.

You will be charged as follows:

Second          £55      One month later
 
Third             £55     One month later
 
3.    Subject to paragraph 10 below, all instalments are non-refundable, and no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever. 
 
4.    The first Instalment will be charged to your credit or debit card immediately upon your purchase of the ticket during the Eligibility Period. The final Instalment/ each subsequent Instalment will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card on or around the due dates as set out in paragraph 2 above, without further recourse to you. If your card is declined, it is up to you to keep track of your bank balance and available funds for subsequent payments. If we are not provided with an alternative card within 5 days of the due date, your ticket will be void, and you will not receive a refund for the any Instalment (including service charge) already made.  
 
5.    The transaction will be completed only once your payment of all Instalments and fees have been processed and the total due paid in full. 
 
6.    If you do not pay any of the Instalments in full by the dates set out in paragraph 2  above and we are not provided with an alternative credit or debit card within 5 days of the relevant due date where the original method of payment provided is declined (as per paragraph 4 above), you will lose (i) all Instalments (including service charge and handling fee) and (ii) the ticket(s) to which you were entitled under the Payment Plan.   
 
7.    The Payment Plan requires that, at the time the first Instalment is made, you make a full commitment to purchase a ticket and pay the full ticket price plus booking fee.
 
8.    It is recommended that you ensure that adequate funds are in place to process the payment of all Instalments on the dates set out in paragraph 2 above and that your credit or debit card does not expire before the final Instalment can be charged. 
 
9.    All instalments (including booking fee) are non-refundable, unless where Folk in a Field is cancelled. In all other circumstances, no claim can be made to recover this money in any way whatsoever. 
 
10.    Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after purchase.
